The Energy of Clothing and Stuff

Episode 03:

Do you ever feel like something no long "fits" you? Not in the traditional way of being too big or too small. More along the lines of being energetically matched to who you've become.

I used to think I needed to wear uncomfortable underwire bras from Victoria's Secret. Not anymore. You won't find a push-up underwire in my drawers.

When I'm being my best self, that's not who I am.

I rarely wear black anymore, and I've cleared most of the dark, ill-fitting clothes from my wardrobe and replaced them with items that bring me joy - thanks to Marie Kondo's bestselling book the The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing (I mistakenly call it the Art of Tidying)

I wear color, I ask my intuition if something is right for me, and I go with my gut.

This episode also details an experiment I'm doing that involves giving away a table, chairs, and a rug for starters. Let's see what happens.
