Products I Love That Make My Life Easier:

A Cube Timer from Mooas. I have this in purple and mine has 5, 10, 20, and 30-minute increments on it. This is great for people who struggle to stay focused. Combine it with the Pomodoro method of productivity where you work for 25 minutes with a specific focus and take a 5-minute break and you’ve really got something good going.

Self-Watering Planters. I have these in white all over my apartment and they help keep my plants happy when I forget to water them, and they keep the gnats at bay when combined with gnat trap stickers. I’ve been very happy with them and the variety of sizes they come in.

Gnat Trap Stickers. As someone who isn’t patient enough to quarantine any of my plants or the soil I use when repotting them into bigger pots, these are a sanity-saver for sure. If you have gnats, get a lot of these, use them liberally in your pots, and water your plants from the bottom.

Vital Earth Mineral Blend Fulvic Humic. I use these minerals to remove free radicals from my body and replace what gets drained from all the energy work I do. Muscle test to see if they are right for you. The liquid appears black but tastes like water.

DesignWorks Ink 8.25" x 11.625" Notebook. As a writer, I journal a ridiculous amount. I go through one of these notebooks every two months. I love that these are pretty, have dates at the top you can circle, and have enough pages to last more than a couple weeks.

Pentel Energel Pens in Purple. One of my coaches told me there is a study showing that we remember more of what we write down when we use purple pens. I’m not questioning the research and purple makes everything more fun. Be sure to get refills below to do a tiny bit to save the environment.

Pentel Energel Pen Refills in Purple. See the pens that I love above and get these refills when you run out of ink. It feels like I change out pen ink once a week and having these on hand feels luxurious.

Gold and Silver Pens. The artist in me also wants you to have silver and gold pens. You need to pump these a few times to get the ink flowing. I use them to sign my big art canvases when they are completed. They just make things more fancy.

Paint Markers. These are big and fun to play with. Need I say more?

Charlie’s Soap Laundry Powder. I’ve been using this since my teenagers were in diapers… becuase it was recommended to clean their cloth diapers. It works! It cleans great, has no scent, leaves no residue, is good for the environment, and is affordable. Charlie’s for the win.

AlterEgo Unscented Tea Lights. I burn a lot of candles and have alters scattered around my house. These burn for 4 hours, are clean, don’t smell perfumed, and are a great way to invite the support of your ancestors for healing work.

Morning Star Nippon Kodo Incense, Lavender. This stuff is amazing. It doesn’t linger in the space and is great for calming your nervous system, setting an intention for healing, and clearing unwanted energy from spaces.

Long matches. I have tall cylinder candles that can’t be reached with my automatic lighter or a regular match. These are pretty and fun.

Mini Swiss Army Knife. It has a toothpick, tweezers, scissors, a nail file, and a knife. Need I say more? Just don’t take it to the airport because it won’t make it through security.

Loop Earplugs. If you’re sensitive to sound, or like to go salsa dancing in the club, or need to be around screaming kids, or can’t stand loud noises… you get the point. I carry these in my purse at all times and don’t leave home without them. Crying baby in the grocery store? No problem!

Electric USB Rechargeable Lighter. Some people don’t like the sound these make but I love not having to worry if I have matches, or if I extinguished them safely.
